RISKS OF TRADING FOREX DERIVATIVES & OF OUR SERVICES
Trading in forex derivatives involves a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. There is no guarantee that the trading service will achieve its objectives. Under this service, you give up some control over investment decisions, and rely on our strategies. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investment return and the principal value of an investment will fluctuate. Losses are not limited and you can lose more than the value of your original investment. Trading should not be relied upon as a source of income and you should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. You should seek independent financial advice to see if trading high risk products such as derivatives is suitable for you.
You complete and sign JAS Trader’s on-boarding documentation including a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA), granting us authority to access and to trade your forex derivatives trading account on your behalf.
Once you’re on board as a client, you need to have a forex derivatives trading account with a brokerage firm (licensed derivatives issuer), and to deposit your funds into the trading account with the brokerage firm. We do not receive or hold any of your money.
We gain access to your forex derivatives trading account when the brokerage firm assigns your account to our Multi-Account Manager (MAM).
We will implement your chosen strategy by placing trades on your behalf in the MAM, through our MetaTrader 4 copier platform, which then automatically copies each trade to your trading account (and to accounts of other customers).
You can view your open positions and account balance at any time by logging into your account at the relevant brokerage firm.
